The line-up features the TGL, TGM, TGS and TGX models, from 7.5 to 41 tonnes. There are eight new cab options across the ranges and, says MAN, key to the new generation is the Euro VI D engine range, first introduced in 2019, as well as improved aerodynamic body design.

As before, the TGX is designed for long-haul and heavy-duty applications, and comes with three engine choices: the D38, delivering up to 631bhp; the D26, offering from 424bhp to 503bhp; and the D15, from 326bhp to 35bhp.

Alongside 4x2 and 6x2 semi-trailer tractor and chassis units, the 6x4 and 8x4 variants are also still available for the TGX. The 4x2 tractor can be specified with MAN HydroDrive, the hydrostatic front-axle drive providing additional traction.

The new TGS is aimed at heavy-duty construction, distribution and municipal services, and is available with the D26 or D15 engine, covering a power range from 326bhp to 503bhp. Configurations range from 4x2 and 6x2 tractors and chassis units, through 6x4, 8x2 and 8x4, or the specialist all-wheel-drive versions for rough terrain configured as 4x4, 6x6, 8x6 or 8x8.

Light- and medium-duty operations are covered by the TGL and TGM, with a choice of four new narrow cabs: short, long, high with a bed, and the crew cab.

The TGL’s four-cylinder version of the D08 engine delivers up to 217bhp and covers a range from 7.5 to 12 tonnes. The TGL can also be equipped with a six-cylinder D08 engine, delivering up to 247bhp.

The TGM is offered in 12, 15, 18 and 26 tonnes gvw, and comes with the 247bhp D08 engine as standard. The TGM can also be specified with a six-cylinder, 316bhp version of the D08.

The TGL is available only as a 4x2; the TGM also offers 6x2, 6x4 and 4x4 configurations.
