According to reports, "express workers labor rights and interests of management norms" group standard from labor, safety and security, occupational health, dispute handling and other aspects, clear labor rights and interests of protection requirements.
In terms of labor protection, the group standard stipulates the norms of labor contract, rest and vacation, labor remuneration, insurance and welfare, and vocational skills training.
For example, express delivery enterprises should sign written labor contracts with express delivery employees within one month from the date of employment in accordance with the law and go through the entry procedures; express delivery employees should be informed of the content of the work, working conditions, work location, occupational hazards, safety conditions, labor compensation, etc. before signing the labor contract; rest and vacation systems should be developed to specify the working hours of express delivery employees; express delivery employees should be informed of their working hours according to the characteristics of the production and operation and the needs of the work, and should purchase the related benefits for the employees. According to the characteristics of production and operation and work needs, express employees to buy relevant supplementary insurance.
In terms of safety and security, the group standard emphasizes the express delivery enterprises should be clear that all production safety responsibility system, in the workplace should be fully equipped with the necessary emergency rescue equipment;
In terms of health protection, express labor environment occupational health requirements, labor protection equipment requirements under adverse weather conditions, gratuitous for express employees equipped with national standards or industry standards for personal protective equipment and other requirements, and clear labor protection standards for express employees.
In terms of dispute handling, express delivery enterprises are required to set up a labor dispute mediation committee, in the event of labor disputes, express delivery employees can apply for mediation to the express delivery enterprise labor dispute mediation committee, but also to the establishment of municipal and district employee service centers or labor and personnel dispute arbitration agencies to apply for mediation of labor disputes mediation center.
Beijing Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, said the relevant person in charge of the "express workers labor rights and interests of management norms," the release of group standards, is the new employment pattern of workers' rights and interests of workers to explore the field of cross-sectoral comprehensive supervision and management services of an innovative initiative in the national scope to fill the maintenance of the express delivery industry labor rights and interests of the normative standards of protection of the gaps, creating new paths to protect the rights of the people.
