Recently, the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Postal Administration, the Department of Finance, the Department of Transportation and other 7 departments jointly issued the "Action Program for the Construction of the Rural Sending Logistics System in the Region (2024-2025)", which puts forward 10 measures in 3 aspects to further strengthen the policies, funds, and elements of the guarantee, and to deepen and promote the construction of the rural sending logistics system in the region.

　　 The Program specifies that by 2025, the rural delivery logistics system will be basically formed, realizing that there are centers in counties and counties, outlets in townships and villages, services in villages, and direct collection and delivery of mail and express mail in established villages, so that agricultural products can be transported and consumer goods can be delivered, and the needs of revitalization of rural industries and production and life of rural residents can be better met.

　　 The "Program" requires that we should accelerate the sound county and rural three-tier delivery service network, upgrading county-level delivery distribution centers, improve the township delivery service facilities, comprehensively build village-level delivery logistics integrated service stations, to achieve "one village, one stop", and effectively play the role of the main market to support the application of new information technology and strengthen the basic support of postal enterprises, and strengthen the main responsibility of express delivery enterprises.
