Featuring an 800V high-voltage platform, an ultra-lightweight design of 358 kg, and a 460 kW flat wire motor, this solution redefines the benchmark for high-efficiency transmissions. It offers the latest and optimal solutions for new energy commercial vehicles to keep pace with industry trends, boosting the penetration of new energy heavy-duty trucks in the logistics and transport sector.

  The launch ceremony, themed "Beyond Mountains and Seas, Intelligent Electric Future," was officiated by Ma Xuyao, Party Secretary and Chairman of Fast Group, along with five other leaders from industry partners including Shaanxi Automobile Group, FAW Jiefang, BeiBen Heavy Truck, and Zhiyu Weike.   According to the introduction, compared to the current mainstream 600V systems, the new 800V solution achieves four major breakthroughs: 30% faster charging, 40% lower power transmission loss, over 30% vehicle weight reduction, and over 5% increase in range. The system integrates hardcore technologies such as multi-in-one controllers, SiC (Silicon Carbide) power modules, and dual oil-cooled high-speed motors. Notably, the power electronics employ a proprietary double-sided water cooling technology, which improves heat dissipation efficiency by 50% compared to traditional IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) solutions.
