On September 4, the Tianjin Municipal Transport Commission continued to deepen the construction of the business environment in the transportation sector, focusing on advancing the "one-stop" reform for oversized transport, reducing burdens for heavy-duty freight enterprises from multiple dimensions of process, approval, and service.

Since 2021, Tianjin has introduced special measures to optimize the business environment for six consecutive years. The oversized transport service has been iteratively upgraded, with innovative measures such as weekend service availability, the "one-stop" reform, and "smart+" approval successively implemented. From January to August 2026, the city completed 1,431 cases of intelligent automatic approval for oversized transport, handled 1,915 cases of oversized transport approval on weekends and holidays, and approved 738 cases based on the "credit + commitment" model.

By leveraging the government service platform to break data silos, corporate and vehicle qualifications can be automatically retrieved, eliminating the need for repetitive document submission. For the transport of large oversized cargo such as wind power equipment, enterprises no longer need to visit multiple departments. Eligible applications can achieve system-enabled automatic approval and certificate issuance, greatly shortening the licensing cycle for oversized transport trucks, effectively reducing institutional compliance costs for logistics enterprises, and supporting the high-quality development of the freight industry.
