Deng Yonghan introduced that Bosch's commercial vehicle software architecture has already evolved towards domain control and even central computing architectures, utilizing AI-based toolchains to enhance development efficiency and product safety.

Super Truck Solutions Debut: Deep Cross-Domain Integration Unlocks "Superpowers"

　　The most anticipated aspect of the Open Day was Bosch's "Super Light Truck" and "Super Heavy Truck" system solutions. Feng Qifeng, Product Management Director of Bosch Intelligent Mobility Group China Commercial Vehicle Group, clarified the core logic: "Super Trucks are never just a stack of specifications; they are the result of deep integration and cross-domain collaboration of multiple key components."

　　The solutions integrate high-efficiency e-axles, Electronic Braking Systems (EBS), pure electric steering, integrated thermal management, and advanced driver assistance systems. The heavy-duty e-axle can reduce weight by approximately 400 kg compared to central drive solutions, directly translating into significant payload revenue gains for vehicle owners. The EBS not only passes the strictest ASIL D functional safety certification but also works in synergy with the e-axle system for more efficient energy regeneration.

　　"Through cross-domain integration functions like Predictive Adaptive Cruise Control (PACC), we have connected the VCU, ADAS, powertrain, and EBS. In real-world tests, this achieved energy savings of 10-20% for light trucks and 4-8% for heavy trucks under comprehensive operating conditions," Feng Qifeng demonstrated the tangible customer value of this integration with data.
