  As a benchmark hydrogen heavy truck model built by DFAC Liuzhou Motor, the Chenglong H7 hydrogen fuel cell tractor has taken the lead in achieving large-scale deployment and operation in multiple scenarios nationwide. It is the preferred zero-carbon solution for trunk-line logistics and long-distance regional transportation, thoroughly solving the core pain points of NEW ENERGY long-distance transportation.

  In terms of power, the vehicle is equipped with a peak 250/360 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor, outputting about 490 horsepower, with abundant power for heavy-load climbing; it is matched with a 150 kW high-power hydrogen fuel cell, a 99 kWh power-type liquid-cooled power battery, and 2460 L large-capacity hydrogen storage cylinders. The pure hydrogen range under standard operating conditions exceeds 600 km, effectively eliminating range anxiety for long-haul heavy trucks; hydrogen refueling takes only 8-10 minutes, and the energy replenishment efficiency is comparable to that of conventional fuel vehicles. In terms of safety, the cab adopts a keel frame and armor-style protection, and the integrated doors are equipped with anti-collision beams, strengthening the vehicle's passive safety performance and comprehensively ensuring the long-haul operation safety of hydrogen heavy trucks.

  For short- and medium-distance high-frequency logistics scenarios such as express delivery, green-channel cold chain, factory distribution, and auto parts, the Chenglong H5 battery-swap large single-axle cargo truck focuses on the two industry pain points of slow energy replenishment and high operating costs, achieving efficient battery swapping and integrated charging and swapping, truly achieving "the driver stops but the vehicle does not stop."

  The vehicle is equipped with a CATL Qiji bottom battery-swap mechanism, and a full battery swap takes only 5 minutes; it also supports 2C dual-gun fast charging, with SOC 20%-80% charging within 40 minutes. Emergency fast charging is possible in areas without battery swap stations, ensuring all-weather uninterrupted operation. The vehicle is equipped with a 342 kWh bottom-mounted lithium iron phosphate battery and, combined with an ASIL-C vehicle safety control strategy, has a range exceeding 450 km. Relying on deep energy flow management and 5-level regenerative braking energy recovery technology, the comprehensive power consumption under standard operating conditions is as low as 0.6 kWh/km, and the electricity cost per kilometer is as low as 0.4 yuan. Based on an estimated daily average operation of 400 km, more than 400 yuan in operating costs can be saved per day, and nearly 100,000 yuan can be saved in a year, truly helping logistics customers reduce costs and increase efficiency.
