T1 Commercial Vehicle NEW ENERGY Platform: DFAC Motor's fully self-developed hydrogen-electric integrated smart platform.

The key point of the launch event is the T1 Commercial Vehicle NEW ENERGY Platform, the industry's first all-new platform based on scenario-oriented forward development and integrated software-hardware design.

According to Zhao Feng, T1-H PM of DFAC Motor Commercial Vehicle Business Unit, the T1 platform covers six core modules: fuel cell module, hydrogen storage module, power battery module, electric drive system module, central domain control system, and integrated thermal management module. The 400kW hydrogen fuel cell stack, through catalyst innovation and membrane electrode optimization, achieves efficiency exceeding 58% under common operating conditions; the hydrogen storage module can achieve an ultra-long range of 1,700 kilometers on one hydrogen refueling; the integrated thermal management module can achieve precise temperature control with more than 30 intelligent modes and reduce energy consumption. The six modules work in synergy, condensing into four core user values: "low hydrogen consumption, lightweight, long life, and high safety." Based on high-power fuel cell full-condition intelligent collaborative control technology—predictive cruise control (PCC) and V2X integrated perception—it achieves a generational leap in the powertrain from passive response to active prediction, significantly optimizing equivalent hydrogen consumption of long-haul heavy trucks and fuel cell system durability. Vehicle curb weight is as low as 8.8 tons, hydrogen consumption per 100 kilometers is less than 7 kg, and hydrogen stack durability exceeds 33,000 hours (equivalent life), fully meeting commercial operation needs.

Benny Oeyen, CEO for Europe and Americas of the International Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association, who has worked in the automotive and energy industries for more than 20 years, witnessed DFAC's hydrogen R&D journey firsthand. He said: "This path of DFAC is highly aligned with the global vision of moving toward a zero-carbon future. Relying on real project implementation, DFAC has overcome a series of hardcore engineering challenges such as long-life degradation control of high-power stacks and vehicle energy consumption optimization. The DFAC T1 Commercial Vehicle NEW ENERGY Platform directly addresses pain points of the logistics industry, achieving actual range of up to 1,700 kilometers. Its self-developed 400kW hydrogen fuel cell stack has successfully passed a 10,000-hour durability test, with performance among the global first tier. In the future, I hope to work closely with the DFAC team to promote the implementation and application of hydrogen technology solutions in more scenarios and regions worldwide, and jointly help decarbonize the global transportation sector."
