Chenglong Yiwei 5 is equipped with EVE 448kWh large-capacity liquid-cooled battery. Its comprehensive range exceeds 350 km; a single charge can cover the full-day round-trip operating mileage of most factory areas, mining areas, and ports, greatly reducing mid-route charging waits.

The vehicle adopts a high-power dual-gun fast charging solution. Charging from 20% to 80% takes only 30 minutes; using loading/unloading and shift-change intervals for rapid charging does not encroach on effective operating time, completely eliminating range anxiety.

Compliant higher payload, directly boosting revenue.

A major pain point of NEW ENERGY heavy trucks is increased curb weight and payload loss. The vehicle is equipped with an ASIL-C safety level vehicle controller, a three-level scenario-based calibration system, and a multi-gear intelligent energy recovery system. It efficiently recovers electric energy during braking and downhill phases. Measured comprehensive power consumption is as low as 1.1 kWh/km. Under long-term operation, electricity cost savings are considerable, and the investment payback period is greatly shortened.

Comfortable cab plus all-dimensional safety protection.

The cab design of Chenglong Yiwei 5 balances space and ride comfort. A 1.93 m interior height and flat floor design create spacious room; a 180 cm tall trucker can move freely. The 810 mm widened sleeper, together with the "one-touch lie-flat" function of the main driver's seat, allows truckers to rest and recharge during loading/unloading and charging intervals, and head to the next transport leg in full energy.
