On September 14, Hannover, Germany -- During IAA Transportation 2026, Chery Commercial Vehicle appeared with DELIVAN, C&CTRUCKS and energy solutions under the theme "Boundless Potential, Creating the Future." Among them, DELIVAN, a global intelligent commercial vehicle brand entrusted with the mission of Chery Commercial Vehicle's globalization and brand elevation, officially released its first-phase products and technical highlights, further improving Chery Commercial Vehicle's strategic layout in the European market.
Two basic VAN models -- L1H1 and L2H3 -- cover different transport needs in the European market; multiple professional modification solutions built on the L3CC chassis cab expand the application of DELIVAN products in different market segments and commercial scenarios through the combination of basic models and professional modifications.

On site, DELIVAN also demonstrated business capabilities such as DELIVAN I and DELIVAN PRO around vehicle intelligence, fleet operations and service assurance, presenting the brand's comprehensive layout for the full lifecycle of commercial vehicles. DELIVAN X, aimed at the modification market, deepens cooperation with local European partners in vehicle modification and commercial applications, driving product development to be closer to local market needs and actual operating scenarios.
Gong Yueqiong, Vice President of Chery Holding Group and General Manager of Chery Commercial Vehicle, said: "Relying on real-time telematics data, we use our self-developed intelligent connectivity system to empower the full-chain digital and intelligent operations of electric commercial vehicles with AI, covering every link from a single vehicle to a fleet, and transforming the operating data of every vehicle and every kilometer into operational value that customers can see and calculate clearly, making customer operations safer and more efficient."

Two core models debut, with product development targeting real operations in Europe.
At this IAA, the L1H1 and L2H3 brought by DELIVAN were developed around European users' actual needs for vehicle space, payload, range and charging, covering typical commercial scenarios such as urban delivery, last-mile logistics and professional transport.
Unlike directly introducing mature models into overseas markets, DELIVAN incorporated European market needs into the development process from the product definition stage. In the early stage, the product team conducted demand research for different commercial operating scenarios in five European countries -- the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Spain -- and established deep links with local stakeholders through the PMC (Product Marketing Committee), feeding real operational needs back into product development.
"Europe is the standard we chose for ourselves. This is what defines DELIVAN. Built not only for Europe, but with Europe. (We chose Europe as our standard, and this also defines DELIVAN. We not only build products for Europe, but also build the ecosystem together with Europe.)" Ross Davies, COO of Chery Commercial Vehicle UK subsidiary, said at the IAA press conference.

Among them, the L2H3 has a maximum cargo box volume of 11.6 m³, and the L1H1 has a maximum payload of 1,400 kg; both vehicles have a maximum towing capacity of 2,500 kg. The L3CC has a maximum payload of 2,120 kg, providing a foundation for professional transport and subsequent vehicle modifications.
In terms of electrified operations, DELIVAN offers multiple battery capacity options including 50.4 kWh, 68.7 kWh and 97.4 kWh. Its WLTP combined range can reach up to 426 km at a limited speed of 100 km/h, and it supports fast charging from 15% to 80% in about 22 minutes, providing more flexible product choices for different operating intensities and usage scenarios.
To adapt to Europe's diverse climates and operating environments, DELIVAN has carried out multiple rounds of vehicle validation under extreme environments such as severe cold, humid heat and dry heat, and advanced product development and validation in accordance with relevant European regulations, standards and target market access requirements, further enhancing the product's adaptability to local market environments and operational needs.
Modified models debut and strategic signings: DELIVAN deepens localized layout.
Four professional modification models -- Crew VAN, Fridge Box, Tools Storage and 3 Way Tipper -- made their simultaneous debut at IAA, covering actual commercial scenarios such as passenger transport, cold-chain delivery, tool transport and engineering operations. These models are developed based on the DELIVAN L3CC chassis cab and jointly built with local European professional modification partners.

At present, DELIVAN has granted modification authorizations with several local European partners such as GRUAU, SORTIMO, JUNGE and BOTT. During IAA, DELIVAN also held strategic signings with several local European partners, covering areas such as full lifecycle vehicle services and commercial applications, further expanding the product's application scenarios in the European market.

Ecosystem capabilities showcased simultaneously: DELIVAN extends from a single vehicle to full lifecycle operations.
At this IAA, DELIVAN not only brought core vehicle products, but also showcased related capabilities such as intelligence, service assurance and professional modification, presenting an extension from a single vehicle product to full lifecycle operational support.
Centering on the actual operational needs of commercial vehicle users, DELIVAN is integrating vehicles, intelligent technology, service assurance and professional application capabilities. Through business systems such as DELIVAN I, DELIVAN PRO and DELIVAN X, the brand extends its product capabilities to intelligent operations, service assurance and professional applications, providing users with support covering the entire vehicle usage and operation cycle.
Among them, DELIVAN I focuses on intelligence and connectivity, aggregating operational data such as vehicle status, driving behavior, route efficiency and energy consumption through a fleet management system, providing digital support for fleet dispatching and daily management.
Beyond the vehicle, service is also crucial to the stability of commercial vehicle operations.
At this IAA site, DELIVAN PRO focused on showcasing service capabilities such as Uptime Centre, remote diagnostics and maintenance reminders. Based on quality and reliability, DELIVAN moves service assurance forward to the product design and R&D stage, and through data connectivity and preventive services, drives vehicle services from repair response after a fault occurs to proactive warning and early intervention, supporting continuous and stable vehicle operations.
DELIVAN X translates "flexible adaptation" into specific vehicle applications. The four professional modification models displayed at this IAA site cover Crew VAN, Fridge Box, Tools Storage and 3 Way Tipper, and are jointly developed by DELIVAN with local European modification partners GRUAU and SORTIMO.
From a single vehicle to a product and service portfolio formed around vehicle operations, DELIVAN's "1+3" system is becoming an important product support for the brand to enter the European market.

From Birmingham to Hannover, European layout enters product implementation stage.
This IAA launch is an important milestone in DELIVAN's European layout.
In April this year, DELIVAN completed its global brand debut in Birmingham, UK, officially presenting its brand positioning and development direction to the European market. Several months later, at this appearance in Hannover, DELIVAN released core products and professional application solutions for the European market, and simultaneously showcased system capabilities such as intelligence and service assurance, driving its European market layout from brand launch into a new stage of product and business implementation.
From its global brand debut in Birmingham to the concentrated product and technology launch in Hannover, DELIVAN is continuously advancing its European market layout: defining products guided by European market needs, advancing R&D and validation in accordance with European regulations and standards, and jointly expanding application scenarios with local partners, gradually improving its local R&D, service and commercial systems.
For Chery Commercial Vehicle, DELIVAN's appearance at this IAA is also an important practice in the continued advancement of its globalization strategy in the European market. As core models and related solutions gradually enter the market in 2027, DELIVAN will officially begin its development process in the European electric commercial vehicle market based on products, technology and local cooperation.
