SINOTRUK Brings Five SITRAK Models to IAA 2026, Scenario-based Matrix and Overseas Ecosystem Accelerate Global Layout
2026-09-15 14:19:55
On September 14, the 72nd Hannover International Transportation Expo (IAA Transportation 2026) opened. SINOTRUK is exhibiting under the theme "Powering All, Delivering One (All-Domain Empowerment, Integrated Delivery)", showcasing five SITRAK models covering trunk-line logistics, engineering transportation, regional heavy-haul, multi-point distribution, and urban delivery, while also displaying electric drive axles, CTB battery packs, smart cockpits, megawatt ultra-fast charging, and an integrated "wind-solar-storage-charging-swapping" energy replenishment solution.

Scenario-based Product Matrix: Full Pure Electric Coverage and Intelligent Upgrade of Fuel Vehicles.
Judging from the configurations of the five models, SINOTRUK has not completely limited its product route to the pure electric field this time; instead, based on different markets and operating scenarios, it focuses on NEW ENERGY products while continuing to advance the intelligent upgrade of traditionally powered models.
SITRAK 4×2 Pure Electric Tractor: Zero-Carbon Solution for Trunk-Line Logistics.
As the core model released on the first day of the show, this vehicle is designed specifically to address the range and efficiency pain points faced by medium- and long-distance trunk-line logistics. It is equipped with a 600 kWh battery, and its single-charge range can reach more than 500 km; it has megawatt-level charging capability, and charging from 20% to 80% takes only 23 minutes. The vehicle's curb weight is controlled at 10.1 tons, and its maximum permissible gross vehicle weight is 44 tons.

Through a low-drag design and energy management system, the vehicle's operating power consumption per kilometer is approximately 1.1 kWh. In terms of intelligence, the vehicle is equipped with an L2+ high-level advanced driver assistance system, covering 90% of highway usage scenarios and supporting intelligent speed control, automatic lane changing and overtaking, obstacle avoidance, and ramp passage. The cab is equipped with a 1.1-meter-wide sleeper, electronic rearview mirrors, and living facilities such as a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine.
SITRAK 8×4 Pure Electric Dump Truck: Optimized Body Architecture for Engineering Transportation.
Targeting the needs of engineering construction and transportation under complex road conditions, this model adopts a new CTB integrated battery architecture. By deeply integrating the battery pack with the chassis structure, its battery installation height is reduced by about 600 millimeters compared with common competitors in the same class. This change in physical structure effectively lowers the vehicle's center of gravity and improves driving stability and passage safety under harsh road conditions and complex operating conditions.

SITRAK 6×2 Pure Electric Cargo Truck: Regional Heavy-Haul and Multi-Point Transportation.
This model is mainly developed for long-distance, multi-point distribution, and heavy-haul transportation scenarios in regions such as Northern Europe. The cargo box it carries can reach a maximum volume of 45 cubic meters and has the expansion capability for a dual-trailer combination transport mode. To optimize energy consumption under different load states, the axle is equipped with a rear lifting axle; when the vehicle is running empty or lightly loaded, the lifting axle can be raised to reduce tire wear and operating power consumption.

SITRAK 4×2 Pure Electric Light Truck: Suited for High-Frequency Urban Delivery.
In the short-distance and urban distribution logistics sector, SINOTRUK has launched a 4×2 pure electric light truck. The vehicle offers multiple wheelbase sizes and battery capacity specifications to meet the needs of different urban delivery operating conditions. Its maximum range can reach 380 km, and it supports a fast energy replenishment mode, completing fast charging in 20 minutes, making it suitable for high-frequency urban distribution transportation rhythms.

SITRAK 4×2 Fuel-Powered Tractor: Intelligent Driving Empowers Long-Haul Transportation.
For traditional powertrain long-haul trunk-line transportation scenarios, the displayed fuel-powered tractor is equipped with the third-generation high-level advanced driver assistance system independently developed by SINOTRUK. The system integrates multiple functions such as predictive cruise control (PACC), lane centering control (LCC), automatic emergency braking (AEB), and lane departure warning (LDW), aiming to reduce long-haul driving fatigue and supporting a single driver to complete cross-regional long-haul transportation of the 2,000-kilometer level.

Underlying Technologies and Energy Replenishment Ecosystem: Full-Chain Hardware and Solution Display.
Centering on the concept of "Integrated Delivery", SINOTRUK extends its delivery dimension from a single vehicle to the fields of energy management and infrastructure.

At the exhibition site, SINOTRUK simultaneously displayed its independently developed electric drive axle, CTB battery pack, smart cockpit system, and megawatt ultra-fast charging solution, and launched an integrated "wind-solar-storage-charging-swapping" energy replenishment ecosystem on the energy replenishment side.

The interactive system set up at the booth can calculate on-site station construction and energy management plans according to the customer's operating routes and power capacity. By packaging vehicles, electric drive systems, energy replenishment facilities, and operational support, SINOTRUK directly solves the problems of charging facility construction, power distribution quotas, and route matching faced by transport enterprises after purchasing pure electric heavy trucks.
From Complete Vehicle Export to Local Operations: Overseas Service Network Expansion.
Progressing in parallel with its products and energy replenishment system is SINOTRUK's production, spare parts, and technical service network in overseas markets. As of now, SINOTRUK products have entered more than 150 countries and regions worldwide, and it has established 37 KD plants and more than 1,000 service outlets overseas.

For NEW ENERGY models, SINOTRUK's overseas central warehouse has stocked NEW ENERGY spare parts worth USD 105 million, and it has also set up more than 40 international training centers and assigned more than 300 professional EV technical personnel to stay permanently on the overseas front line, undertaking technical response and after-sales maintenance for NEW ENERGY vehicles.
Transport People Network Review:.
The scenario-based layout of SINOTRUK's five SITRAK models demonstrates a product development logic centered on operational efficiency; meanwhile, the simultaneous implementation of the energy replenishment ecosystem, overseas services, and spare parts system marks that its overseas competition dimension has upgraded from single "complete vehicle export" to "full-chain localized operations." This systematic capability of "products + ecosystem" is becoming an important support for SINOTRUK to deeply develop the global market.
