Geely Farizon's Hannover Debut: "One Geely" Empowers Full Lifecycle Overseas Transport Capacity Assurance System

From September 14 to 20, IAA Transportation 2026 Hannover International Transport Expo was held. Geely Farizon NEW ENERGY Commercial Vehicle made its debut at the exhibition, bringing three star products—Xinghan H, Super VAN, and Xingxiang V7E—showcasing the strength of its 3.0 products built on the GXA digital-intelligent architecture.

Transport People Network conducted an exclusive interview with Song Zhaohuan, Vice President and CBO of Geely Farizon NEW ENERGY Commercial Vehicle Group. He said: "This time, Farizon did not simply bring products to Europe, but truly brought the ecosystem, supporting services, spare parts warehouses, and everything else to Europe."

"One Geely" collaboration, connecting mature resources to the global commercial vehicle system.
For commercial vehicle brands to enter overseas markets, sustained resource investment and long-term system building are required. One major advantage of Geely Farizon's globalization is that it does not need to start from zero.
Farizon relies on the "One Geely" strategy to share the globalization system resources of Geely Holding Group, including logistics, spare parts, supply chain, and overseas operations. It adheres to the concept of "passenger and commercial vehicle synergy, co-construction and sharing," introducing mature capabilities into the NEW ENERGY commercial vehicle field and accelerating the construction of an overseas operation assurance system covering the full vehicle lifecycle.
Currently, Geely Farizon's business covers 70 countries worldwide, with more than 150 sales outlets and over 200 overseas service centers. From January to July 2026, Geely Farizon's cumulative overseas export volume increased by 152.5% year-on-year, ranking first in the industry, and it ranked first in export volume in 33 countries and regions including the UK, Australia, the UAE, and Switzerland; in August, international shipment volume increased by 99.1% year-on-year, continuing the growth momentum.
In the interview, Song Zhaohuan said: "From the very first day a commercial vehicle is actually sold, it enters the process of operation and after-sales service." Therefore, after vehicle delivery, the speed of spare parts, repair services, financial solutions, and the ability to adapt to specific operating scenarios are themselves part of the product's usage cycle. The "Chengxin Service" system that Farizon has established in China is also being introduced to the European market.

At the "Geely Farizon Afternoon Tea" event held on September 15, Farizon held a plaque-awarding ceremony with partners in European supply chain, finance, service, modification, and other fields, and cooperated with European modification company AMF-Bruns to combine complete vehicle R&D with localized European modification capabilities for customized development for local commercial scenarios; at the same time, Farizon continued to deepen cooperation with companies such as ZF, Bosch, and CATL, connecting supply chain resources to the European operation system.
"Global + Local" collaboration, bringing service assurance closer to users.
Europe is a pioneer region in Geely Farizon's overseas layout. With the operation of its European headquarters Farizon Mobility Europe B.V. and the successive establishment of subsidiaries in Germany and France, its business covers 28 European countries, and its regional operations, after-sales service, and spare parts assurance systems are further extended locally.
In terms of spare parts assurance, Farizon efficiently coordinates the Ningbo Global International Spare Parts Distribution Center, which was put into use in July, with the German Gaggenau spare parts warehouse, which was established in April, building a "domestic hub + European local" dual-warehouse linkage system.

Gaggenau is located in the core hinterland of the European automotive industry. The local spare parts warehouse can cover Europe with regular orders in 1-6 working days, and order delivery cycles are shortened by 40-60 days. Spare parts supply has changed from a long cross-border chain to local rapid response under global coordination, fully demonstrating the collaborative value of "One Geely."
This is consistent with Geely Farizon's "difficult first, easy later" globalization path: taking the lead in tempering service capabilities in the European market, which has the highest access standards and the most stringent market competition, not only serving local customers but also accumulating service standards and operational experience for further global market expansion.
At the same time, localized manufacturing is advancing in parallel. On August 13, the first V8E rolled off the line after local assembly at Geely Farizon's Indonesia KD plant. Product delivery cycles are effectively shortened, cross-border logistics costs are reduced, and precise adaptation can be made to local regulations and user usage scenarios.
Regarding subsequent layout, Song Zhaohuan revealed to Transport People Network that Farizon will further promote European localization, "from the industrial end, industrial chain and supply chain, to manufacturing and procurement, a series of things may all be completed locally in Europe."
Three "global vehicles" enter Europe, with product adaptation completed locally.
In the interview, Song Zhaohuan particularly mentioned that the models Farizon brought to Hannover this time are all developed for the global market and must meet local European policies and regulatory requirements to enter the market. The Xinghan H, Super VAN, and Xingxiang V7E unveiled this time respectively target trunk line transportation, urban logistics, and last-mile delivery.
Xinghan H is equipped with a 600kWh battery, supports dual-gun fast charging, and has a drag coefficient of 0.343Cd; Super VAN has already begun commercial operations in Europe and has obtained a Euro NCAP five-star rating, and its four-wheel-drive version is planned to launch in 2026; Xingxiang V7E mainly targets large-volume urban distribution and last-mile logistics, and during the Hannover exhibition it entered the final selection for the 2027 Global Van of the Year Award, making Farizon a Chinese brand that has entered the final selection for this award for two consecutive years.

Talking about the future powertrain technology route for the European market, Song Zhaohuan said that Farizon still adheres to "primarily battery electric, supplemented by methanol." He mentioned that currently battery electric heavy trucks in Europe are one of the faster-growing market segments, and Farizon hopes to seize this market window; on the other hand, more than ten years ago Farizon had already tested methanol-related technologies in European markets including Iceland, and the related work is still being advanced.
At this Hannover exhibition, Geely Farizon demonstrated its "hard power" with products such as Xinghan H, Super VAN, and Xingxiang V7E, and also demonstrated its "soft power" with a global, full-lifecycle transport capacity assurance system. Empowered by the "One Geely" strategy, Geely Farizon is fully fulfilling its delivery commitments and providing more complete green transport capacity solutions for global NEW ENERGY commercial vehicle users.
