On September 17, 2026, the 72nd IAA Transportation in Hannover, Germany (IAA) continued. Industry guests, overseas dealers, professional visitors and media from around the world gathered at the exhibition site, and the atmosphere of exchange and negotiation at various booths was warm and lively. SINOTRUK's booth, with its leading zero-carbon energy ecosystem achievements, became one of the focal points of the entire show.

As a global commercial vehicle and transportation solutions provider, SINOTRUK adheres to the concept that "Pure electric is not an isolated product; the energy ecosystem is the complete solution," and continues to deepen the construction of a zero-carbon smart energy replenishment ecosystem. At the site, it focused on explaining integrated wind-solar-storage-charging-swapping stations and the CTP battery system, presenting to the global market mature, deployable, and replicable NEW ENERGY technologies and energy replenishment solutions, helping global commercial vehicles transition to low carbon.

Integrated Wind-Solar-Storage-Charging-Swapping Station Adapting to Complex Global Operating Conditions.

At the exhibition, the model and dynamic demonstration system of SINOTRUK's integrated wind-solar-storage-charging-swapping station intuitively presented the full-process smart energy replenishment logic, attracting many professional visitors to stop for in-depth study and take photos. With a smart microgrid as the core, SINOTRUK's integrated wind-solar-storage-charging-swapping station integrates wind power, photovoltaics, diesel power generation and the public grid, and is equipped with large-capacity energy storage cabinets, supporting dual-mode grid-connected and off-grid operation. In grid-connected mode, it can complement the large power grid, achieve peak shaving and valley filling, smooth electricity loads, and reduce station expansion costs; it can also operate independently completely off the grid, perfectly adapting to complex scenarios such as ports, mining areas, and remote factory areas with no power or weak power, ensuring stable operation of high-power charging and battery-swapping equipment and effectively solving the power supply challenges of commercial vehicles.

For areas with grid access conditions, SINOTRUK provides one-stop full-chain power supporting services. This covers the entire process, from customized grid capacity expansion solutions and overall station planning and design, to direct supply of a full set of power equipment such as box-type transformers, ring main units, and high- and low-voltage cables, and then to integrated construction of civil works and electrical engineering. Planning, supply, and construction are integrated into one, with one-stop delivery. The products are equipped with a full range of modular heavy truck battery-swapping stations, supporting flexible configurations from 3+1 to 10+1, enabling fully automatic ultra-fast battery swapping in 3-5 minutes, and supporting 24-hour uninterrupted operation. The equipment is dustproof and waterproof, adapting to various harsh operating conditions.

In addition to charging and battery-swapping solutions, SINOTRUK also provides mobile energy replenishment products such as mobile charging vehicles, especially suitable for field operation scenarios with no power source and no infrastructure. The products adopt a modular design and require no civil construction, enabling fast and flexible energy replenishment services for vehicles anytime, anywhere. Whether customers face scenarios with power, insufficient power, or no power, and whether for daily operations or emergency support, SINOTRUK can provide integrated energy replenishment solutions covering solution planning, equipment supply, and installation and implementation, creating comprehensive energy replenishment capabilities covering all scenarios and the full chain.

At present, this system has 59 stations deployed in China, covering 18 provinces, and 43 overseas stations, serving 33 countries and regions. SINOTRUK can provide one-stop full life-cycle services covering planning, construction, and O&M. The integrated wind-solar-storage-charging-swapping station is strong proof that SINOTRUK has extended from complete vehicle supply to energy infrastructure and is building a full-chain zero-carbon transport capacity service system.

CTP Battery System: Innovative Modular Architecture Lays a Solid Technical Foundation for Electric Heavy Trucks.

Visitors crowded around the physical CTP battery and demonstration model at the booth; overseas customers carefully examined the structural design and asked the technical team in depth about parameters related to battery cells, heat dissipation, and reliability. SINOTRUK's CTP battery system abandons the traditional module architecture and directly assembles blade cells into packs, simultaneously improving space utilization, energy density, and heat dissipation performance, with fewer components and further enhanced reliability.

SINOTRUK has developed multiple custom-shaped battery packs according to different vehicle layouts, with two most important types: one is a concave-shaped pack arranged under the cab, which can effectively utilize previously wasted space; the other is a mountain-shaped pack arranged on the chassis. Through flexible combinations of concave-shaped and mountain-shaped packs, three capacity platforms of 400 kWh, 600 kWh, and 800 kWh are formed, fully covering short-distance, medium- and long-distance, and long-distance transportation. In terms of charging, it takes only 23 minutes to charge from 20% to 80%. The CTP battery system has been verified by 1.5 million kilometers of actual road load spectrum, laying a solid technical foundation with ultra-high reliability for the large-scale and commercial operation of commercial vehicles.
