Guizhou Liuzhi Special District launches Zhongtong N-series buses, balancing student commuting and rural passenger, cargo and mail transport

Recently, the Zhongtong N-series buses procured by Liuzhi Special District, Guizhou, were officially put into operation. These vehicles mainly serve customized school-commuting bus routes for rural students, while also undertaking rural passenger, cargo and mail transport tasks, effectively shoring up the shortfall in public transport capacity in rural areas and truly solving the problems of long-distance and difficult rides for rural students commuting to and from school.

"It used to be troublesome for children to transfer buses to school. Now they can take the new bus right at their doorstep, which is worry-free and safe." Villagers along the routes in Liuzhi Special District, Guizhou, have praised this livelihood initiative.

This batch of Zhongtong N-series buses is deeply tailored to rural travel scenarios. In response to actual complex operating conditions in rural areas, such as many curves, narrow roads and steep slopes, special structural optimization and whole-vehicle tuning were carried out. Chassis stability, passability and vehicle adaptability were further improved, greatly enhancing the safety and smoothness of driving on rural roads.

In terms of interior space design, this batch of vehicles takes into account diverse daily vehicle-use needs. Through scientific seat layout and optimization of the interior space structure, it effectively expands standing space and spare storage space inside the vehicle. It is reported that the Zhongtong N-series convenient public buses put into operation this time mainly cover the commuting trips to and from school for primary and secondary school students in villages along the routes of three major townships—Yanjiao, Langdai and Dayong. To maximize student travel safety and improve riding efficiency, Liuzhi Special District, based on school schedules and student distribution, has carefully coordinated and scientifically arranged bus schedules, implemented a standardized operation model, and woven a dense and solid safety protection network for rural school-commuting buses.
