　　Recently, the Henan Provincial Department of Transport issued the "Work Plan for Henan Province's Transportation Integration into and Service for the Construction of the National Unified Large Market," closely adhering to the "Five Unifications and One Opening-up" requirements, and identifying 20 key tasks across 6 major areas to promote the unification of transportation market systems, high-standard connectivity of infrastructure, coordination in regulation and law enforcement, and sharing of factor resources.

　　The plan, in line with the main direction of "one network and four modernizations" for transportation during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, focuses on building "four hubs" and creating "three support points," implements the "three major campaigns" of high-quality development of multimodal transport, inland waterway shipping construction, and quality upgrading of inter-provincial highway corridors, and advances the "AI + Transportation" initiative. It deepens the integration of transportation with postal services, tourism, and energy, expands the "passenger, freight, and mail +" specialty agricultural service chain, deploys heavy-duty truck charging and battery swapping and zero-carbon transport corridors, and empowers "Henan manufacturing" to go global.

　　At the industry regulation level, it rectifies the disorderly low-price competition of platform enterprises, strictly implements the 21 hard measures for serving truck drivers, and safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of practitioners. Next, Henan will strengthen follow-up tracking and evaluation and focus on building a circulation hub for the national unified large market and a pivot for domestic and international dual circulation.
