On July 10, Zero One Auto, the new energy heavy truck unicorn, held its port tractor launch and delivery ceremony in Shenzhen under the theme "Building a New Era of Green Port Electrification."

Addressing the diverse operational needs of port transport customers, the Zero One port tractor offers four battery capacity options — 400 kWh, 513 kWh, 528 kWh, and 600 kWh — covering both charging and battery-swapping solutions. Customers can flexibly select configurations based on different port operating radii, yard facilities, and shift schedules, adapting to standard and heavy-load operations.

Zero One Auto introduced a vehicle-battery separation purchase plan, with the bare chassis priced at just RMB 200,000, significantly lowering the entry barrier for first-time adopters. Including official incentives, the vehicle's final price ranges from RMB 200,000 to 490,000, covering a broad spectrum of budgets and configuration needs for port operators.

At the event, Zero One Auto signed strategic procurement agreements for 1,000 units with five major domestic ports, and officially delivered 200 vehicles to customers in the Guangdong region — delivering "launch and delivery" in one seamless step.

In addition, Zero One Auto, together with industry partners, established the Port Green Ecosystem Alliance, connecting vehicle manufacturing, energy replenishment networks, operational services, and maintenance support to drive the port transport sector's transition from vehicle electrification to full-scenario green ecosystem development.

Purpose-built as a scenario-specific, native pure-electric vehicle, the Zero One port tractor is built on four core strengths — lightweight, cost efficiency, safety, and reliability — making a strong entry into the port transport market.
Lightweight: Native Architecture Boosts Operational Returns
The Zero One Xiaoman port tractor is developed from the ground up on a native pure-electric architecture, featuring the proven, mass-produced Jushi 2.0 integrated e-axle. By eliminating the traditional drive shaft, the e-axle alone reduces weight by over 200 kg.

The e-axle housing is cast from high-grade nodular iron in a single-piece process, achieving both lightweight construction and exceptional rigidity — capable of handling full-load levels and the mixed standard/heavy-load operating cycles typical of port environments.
Further weight savings come from integrated thermal management, an integrated front cabin, an integrated battery frame, and extensive use of T700 high-strength steel and composite materials, achieving significant overall vehicle weight reduction.

The 400 kWh version tips the scales at just 8 tons — over 800 kg lighter than comparable models in the industry — directly translating into greater legal payload capacity and tangible operational returns.
Cost Efficiency: Low Energy Consumption + Low Maintenance
The Zero One port tractor's competitive edge lies in its total cost of ownership, optimized across energy consumption, maintenance, and purchase costs.

On the powertrain front, the oil-cooled flat-wire motor, combined with the high-efficiency e-axle, delivers a system efficiency of 94%. Paired with Zero One's proprietary Jinghe intelligent vehicle control system, featuring intelligent single/dual-axle dynamic switching and five-level adjustable regenerative braking, the regenerative braking energy recovery rate exceeds 85%. This delivers energy savings of over 15% compared to traditional central-drive models, with combined energy consumption as low as 0.95 kWh/km in typical short-haul port operations.
Addressing the challenge of winter operations in northern ports, the Xinghuan all-climate thermal management system reduces cabin heating energy consumption to just 1.5 kWh/hour — 34% to 40% lower than conventional thermal management solutions — minimizing additional energy costs in low-temperature conditions and narrowing the operating cost gap between northern and southern regions.

On the purchase and maintenance front, the battery-swap version reduces initial purchase costs by over 50%, while also benefiting from NEV purchase tax exemptions, saving approximately RMB 10,000 per vehicle.
Additionally, the Jushi 2.0 e-axle features a 100,000 km extended maintenance interval and maintenance-free wheel ends, reducing service visits and associated downtime, and improving overall fleet efficiency.
Safety: From Body to Three-Electric Systems — Building the Core Foundation for Port Operations
Port operations involve confined spaces, frequent turning and maneuvering, and exposure to standing water and humid conditions — making vehicle stability and safety paramount.

The Zero One port tractor features a full underfloor battery layout, lowering the vehicle's center of gravity by 40%, reducing rollover risk by 80%, and improving lateral stability by 15%. In high-frequency steering and low-speed maneuvering scenarios, the vehicle remains more composed, with significantly enhanced handling safety.
Dual-power steering is standard across all models. In the extreme event of high-voltage system failure, the low-voltage backup system can intervene within 20 milliseconds, maintaining steering control.

All three-electric core systems meet the IP68 highest waterproof rating, capable of withstanding 30 minutes of immersion in 1.5-meter-deep water — ensuring reliable operation in rainy conditions and flooded yards.
Reliability: Fast Charging, Strong Power, and Service-Backed High Availability
Vehicle availability directly determines fleet revenue capacity. On the charging front, the charging version supports up to 3-gun 900A ultra-fast charging, replenishing from 20% to 80% SOC in just 40 minutes.

The battery-swap version, equipped with a 513 kWh battery and connected to CATL's Qiji battery-swap network, completes a full swap in just 5 minutes — matching the refueling time of conventional diesel trucks and eliminating range anxiety entirely.
On the performance front, the Jushi 2.0 single-axle peak wheel-end torque reaches 48,000 N·m, with dual-axle output reaching 660 hp and a maximum climbing grade of 24%. This ensures strong start-up acceleration under heavy loads on wharf ramps and loading slopes, fully meeting the demands of complex port terrain.
The electronic control system features adaptive shift logic and five-level adjustable regenerative braking, replacing traditional hydraulic retarders for safer downhill operation while reducing brake pad wear and further lowering maintenance costs.

To double down on vehicle availability, Zero One Auto has launched the "Zero One Intelligent Service" support system, committing to a 2-hour on-site response within 20 km and a 4-hour emergency rescue response. Additional service policies include parts price matching, lifetime free technical support, and predictive maintenance — translating response speed and service standards into tangible commitments that ensure round-the-clock reliable operation for port fleets.

As new energy heavy trucks gain momentum, Zero One Auto has delivered a comprehensive electric port tractor solution that addresses port operators' needs with lightweight design, low energy consumption, and exceptional cost-effectiveness — driving the port transport sector's transition toward green electrification.
