Transportation Powerhouse Special Pilot Lands in Nantong; Jiangsu Builds a Full-Chain Intelligent Approval and Supervision System for Freight Transport

　　On September 14, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Transportation held a launch meeting in Nantong for the "Transportation Powerhouse" special pilot on "Deepening Credit-Based Graded and Classified Approval and Supervision of Road Freight Transport," interpreted the pilot plan on site, demonstrated the intelligent online handling system for general cargo transport, and officially launched this landmark reform pilot.

　　The pilot focuses on three major freight business segments—general cargo, oversized cargo, and hazardous cargo—striving to build a full-chain intelligent online handling system and close the business loop among approval, supervision, and law enforcement. Relying on large model technology, it builds a credit evaluation agent, aggregates multi-source data to complete precise profiling of freight market entities, improves rules for classified approval and tiered supervision, and advances cross-departmental and cross-regional collaborative governance.

　　In terms of helping and benefiting enterprises, the pilot will improve early warning for untrustworthy conduct and credit repair mechanisms, actively explore innovative applications of "credit + finance," use credit-based means to optimize supervision and government services for the road freight industry, promote standardized and intelligent governance of the road freight market, and form replicable and scalable practical experience.
