　　Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd. (Foton Motor for short) is a commercial vehicle enterprise with the most complete product range and the largest scale in China. Founded on August 28, 1996, and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in June 1998 under stock code 600166, it has total assets of more than RMB 69 billion and nearly 40,000 employees. 　　The Forland business is a core business under Foton Motor Group. It owns two major product brands, Forland and Ruiwo, and is positioned for full-series truck development, with a product line covering the full range of mini trucks, light trucks, and medium- and heavy-duty trucks. It possesses industry-leading advantageous resources across the entire value chain, including R&D, manufacturing, supply chain systems, and marketing services. Its plant area covers a total of 1.37 million square meters and has more than 10,000 employees, with an annual production capacity of 600,000 complete vehicles.
