　　ZF Services (China) Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned company established in Shanghai, China in March 2001 by ZF Friedrichshafen AG of Germany, a leading global supplier of automotive driveline and chassis technology. It currently has four branches in Beijing, Chongqing, Shenzhen, and Urumqi, providing comprehensive, high-quality after-sales service for ZF product users in China while supporting the associated sales business in China for some products manufactured overseas by ZF Group. ZF Services (China) Co., Ltd. is also responsible for developing and managing the marketing activities in China for ZF's three major aftermarket brands: SACHS, LEMFÖRDER, and ZF Lenksysteme.
