On March 28, 2023, the commissioning and production launch ceremony of BAIC Heavy Truck's Digital Twin Smart Factory and the rollout of the first Beijing Heavy Truck was officially held in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province!

Wu Junyue, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of BAIC Heavy Truck, delivered a speech: "Welcome leaders and guests to the commissioning ceremony of BAIC Heavy Truck's Digital Twin Smart Factory and the rollout of the first Beijing Heavy Truck!

First of all, I would like to thank Changzhou for jointly building BAIC Commercial Vehicle's East China base. We insist on digital factory construction, end-to-end connectivity, turning users into producers and sellers.  We have achieved intelligent production scheduling, intelligent inventory, and intelligent human resource allocation, improving resource utilization. We have gone deep into heavy truck scenarios to research and understand users.  We have formulated a "high quality, low cost" strategy, insisting on the dual drive of management soft power and digital technology innovation, building a good team, building a good factory, making good products, and helping users get rich. We have achieved "delivery upon rollout" and have received more than 500 orders. We adhere to the principle of "quality first," and products have undergone real-road verification and bench verification. We are responsible to users, having already trained more than 600 service stations and put them into operation, with parts reserves now being released to the market. We will implement different new energy product development strategies for scenarios such as long-haul transport.
