The cooling system has been optimized through simulation to maintain stable thermal management under high-speed, high-load conditions. The two-valve structure ensures reliability while also offering lower maintenance costs and better durability.
H25: A High-End Choice for Intercity Transport
Under prolonged high-speed cruising, many light truck engines experience noticeable vibration, increased noise, and even abnormal wear and oil burning due to sustained high loads. For high-end intercity logistics, Quanchai offers the "Zhiwei Power" H25.
Liu Shu, from Jining, Shandong, has been using Quanchai Power for 14 years. His fleet regularly travels between Shandong and Hefei, a one-way trip of nearly 900 kilometers, and currently has five vehicles equipped with the Quanchai H25 engine. In terms of durability, the H25 features a reinforced sealing structure and has a B10 life of over 800,000 kilometers, making it well-suited for long-term, high-load intercity transport scenarios.
F28T: A "Hardcore Core" for Long-Haul Heavy Loads
As the LNG refueling network gradually improves, the Quanchai F28T gas engine offers a more economical solution for intercity transport users.

Transporter Master Shen, from Yulin, previously drove a CNG small truck but found it lacked power reserve on highways. After switching to a Forland Linghang Dage equipped with the Quanchai F28T, he said he could finally "confidently run nationwide."
The F28T has a displacement of 2.8L, delivering 190 horsepower and a peak torque of 460 N·m. To address the high combustion temperatures of natural gas and the demands of heavy-load conditions, the F28T features a large-displacement turbocharger and reinforced valve design, improving wear and corrosion resistance by three times and achieving a thermal efficiency of 41.6%.

Master Shen reported that the current gas consumption cost per kilometer is about RMB 0.6, saving nearly RMB 0.5 compared to a diesel vehicle under the same conditions. Based on a daily mileage of 800 kilometers, this significantly boosts daily operational profits. The F28T strikes a better balance between power and cost.
