For trunk-line transportation, every journey is linked to cargo delivery and fleet revenue, and even more to the concerns of drivers and their families. As new energy heavy trucks take on longer-distance and higher-intensity transport tasks, power battery safety, driver and passenger protection, and reliable response to unexpected risks have become key concerns for customers when choosing new energy transport capacity.

Safety is the greatest luxury. For XCMG Automobile, safety is even more a value baseline that runs through the entire cycle of R&D, manufacturing, verification, and operation, enabling customers to have the confidence to choose Hanjing and drive Hanjing with peace of mind.
On September 20, XCMG's all-new-generation new energy heavy truck, XCMG Hanjing, made its global debut. As the first model in the new energy heavy truck industry to pass CESTA's six-dimensional electrical safety certification, XCMG Hanjing uses body safety as its foundation and intelligent systems as its shield to build an all-domain safety system, erecting a solid defense line for thousands of miles of trunk lines.

Solid Body Building a Safety Fortress.
True safety must first withstand impact.
XCMG Hanjing uses 1500MPa hot-formed ultra-high-strength steel to build a cage-type safety body, constructing a cabin protection space with a high-strength structure. When risk strikes, key body structures bear, transfer, and disperse impact energy, leaving more reliable survival space for drivers and passengers.
The cab collision rearward movement design further strengthens passive protection, and together with the high-strength body forms a safety barrier. In the face of long-duration, high-frequency complex road conditions in trunk-line transportation, Hanjing's vehicle structural strength and crash protection have undergone rigorous multi-dimensional verification, including crash tests.

Intelligent Protection Perfecting the System Defense Line.
Focusing on the driver, vehicle, and road environment, XCMG Hanjing uses a central domain controller to coordinate the vehicle's safety capabilities, integrating perception, warning, assistance, and control throughout the entire driving process. Functions such as forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind spot warning, and door opening warning operate in coordination to help drivers perceive risks earlier and take timely measures, while adding another layer of protection for other road users.
Long-distance transportation puts greater demands on truck drivers' concentration. To address the risk of fatigued driving, XCMG Hanjing is equipped with active pretensioning seat belts, which can alert the driver through instrument cluster reminders, active seat belt wake-up, and other means; under certain conditions, the vehicle can also rely on intelligent assistance functions to take safety action, so that protection does not stop at reminders.
Six-Dimensional Verification Proving Safety Strength.
Electrical safety is the core lifeline of new energy heavy trucks and bears on the lives and safety of drivers and passengers.
XCMG has completed the industry's first comprehensive six-dimensional electrical safety verification for new energy heavy trucks. This verification covers six major safety dimensions: charging, electromagnetic, functional, high-voltage, battery, and fire protection, and systematically tests the vehicle's electrical safety performance in daily and typical usage scenarios.
In functional safety verification, XCMG Hanjing completed 8 categories and 22 items in the vehicle power domain, 5 categories and 18 items in extreme driving, and 11 categories and 22 items in the battery system, with all test cases passed on the first attempt. From the power system to driving scenarios, and then to battery safety, XCMG refines customer concerns into specific test items, using actual test results to verify safety performance, so that every trust is backed by evidence.
Hanjing gallops ten thousand miles, escorting more than the arrival of cargo. A body of steel forges armor; intelligent protection ensures a steady departure. Six-dimensional certification sets the benchmark; a safe heavy truck is true luxury.
