　　Beijing Foton Daimler Automotive Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as: Foton Daimler) was officially established on February 18, 2012. It is a 50:50 joint venture established by Daimler Truck AG and Foton Motor. It has a Mercedes-Benz Business Division, responsible for the localization of Mercedes-Benz truck business in China.

To meet the needs of Chinese customers, locally produced Mercedes-Benz trucks are built on the latest-generation Actros platform in Daimler Truck's global product portfolio, incorporating Chinese customer needs and transport operating conditions, achieving full-process standardized control from product R&D, validation, production, manufacturing, sales, and service, and continuously providing Chinese users with competitive integrated product lifecycle solutions.

　　Upholding the firm commitment to Mercedes-Benz Truck quality standards and customer-first principles, the company has invested more than RMB 3.8 billion to establish a new manufacturing plant and production facilities in Huairou, Beijing, and invested RMB 500 million to establish China's first product validation center built to European standards. With the wisdom contributed by Daimler Truck Group and nearly 200 local and international experts in China, it creates tailor-made Mercedes-Benz truck products for Chinese customers, as well as a professional sales and fast-response service network, aiming to become a solid and trustworthy business partner for Chinese customers.
