　　Beijing Foton Daimler Automotive Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Foton Daimler) was officially established on February 18, 2012. It is a joint venture jointly established by Daimler Truck AG and Foton Motor with a 50:50 equity ratio. It has a Mercedes-Benz Business Unit, which is responsible for the localized Mercedes-Benz truck business in China.
