C&C Trucks

　　The truck project of Jirui United Truck was officially launched in March 2009. The main participants were: CIMC Group, Chery Automobile, Yuchai Group, Fast Group, and Fuhua Heavy Industry. These companies are respectively China's largest logistics equipment and special-purpose vehicle manufacturer, China's largest independent-brand automobile manufacturer, China's largest diesel engine manufacturer, China's largest heavy truck transmission manufacturer, and China's largest axle manufacturer. At the 11th Beijing International Automotive Exhibition held in April 2010, these five heavyweight companies in China's automobile industry joined hands to enter the complete heavy truck field, and the attention they attracted might exceed that generated by the new vehicles exhibited at this show.

　　Jirui United Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. was jointly established by CIMC Vehicles (Group) Co., Ltd., Wuhu Tairui Investment Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Jiusi Investment Co., Ltd., to prepare the "Jirui United Truck Co., Ltd. Complete Truck and Engine Joint Venture Project", with total registered capital of RMB 1.7 billion.

　　The company mainly produces and sells medium-heavy/heavy vehicles, heavy-duty vehicle engines and parts. Its products are positioned in the mid-to-high-end segment of the international market and the high-end commercial vehicle market in China. The project is planned to cover a total area of about 3,500 mu and will be built in phases. The first phase covers about 1,500 mu, with a total investment of RMB 3.8 billion, and is planned to produce 30,000 complete heavy trucks and 50,000 engines annually. The plant construction includes nine major process workshops, a test track, a finished-vehicle parking lot, etc. Since the company was registered and established on March 12, 2009, three subsidiaries—United Power, United Logistics, and Jiajing Design—have been set up. The first batch of 22 China III basic models has been officially released.
