NAVECO

　　Nanjing Iveco Automobile Co., Ltd. was established on December 26, 1995, and officially began operations on March 1, 1996. It is a Sino-foreign joint venture jointly funded by Nanjing Automobile (Group) Corporation of China (a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAIC Motor) and Iveco of the Italian Fiat Group. Its registered capital is RMB 2.527 billion, with each joint venture partner holding 50% of the shares. It currently has more than 7,000 employees, covers an area of 1.05 million square meters, and has a building area of 444,000 square meters.

　　In September 2006, Nanjing Automobile (Group) Corporation and Iveco of Italy signed an agreement to further deepen cooperation. From January 1, 2007, Nanjing Iveco Automobile Co., Ltd. and Yuejin Motor Co., Ltd. formed a strong alliance, integrated their operations, and produced and sold Iveco and Yuejin commercial vehicles and their components. On December 26, 2007, SAIC Group and Yuejin Group held a signing ceremony for comprehensive cooperation. The company became an important part of SAIC Motor's commercial vehicle segment and entered a new period of development.

The company's sales and service network covers all parts of the country and has established overseas distribution channels.
